Calarossa Seaview is the perfect place to relax immersed in nature and is located within a quiet residence surrounded by greenery 10 minutes walk from the sea and a few kilometres from Palermo airport. From the house you can admire the panorama of the beautiful coast of Terrasini.

The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden furnished with table, chairs and sofas, where you can relax in the coolness. The entrance leads to the living area, furnished with a sofa and armchairs and a fireplace and equipped with a kitchen, table and chairs for dining inside the house. On the same floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Steps lead to the floor below, where there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a veranda.

Guests will be able to take advantage of an uncovered parking space within the property.

Still outside the main tourist guides on Sicily, Terrasini is a delightful town untouched by mass tourism, whose beaches and coastline are perfect for sports such as sailing, kite surfing, windsurfing and diving. Nearby the Calarossa Seaview, there is a nature reserve and a hilly area ideal for trekking and cycling. The nearest beach is only a 10-minute walk from the house and within half an hour it is possible to reach - again on foot - many other sea places (rocks, sandy and pebble beaches). The centre of Terrasini is full of bars, restaurants and shops for those who want to live, and is about 2 km away; bars and supermarkets can, however, be reached on foot in 20 minutes. For history lovers, the D'Aumale Museum is worth a visit, rich in archaeological, folkloristic and naturalistic finds from the area.


Thanks to its location, Calarossa Seaview is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful holiday by the sea but also to visit Palermo.
