The inviting private pool is located on the tiled terrace, overlooking the surrounding countryside with beautiful partial sea and mountain views.

There is a large sun lounger area where you can relax while enjoying the Mediterranean sunshine, there is also a sitting area with barbecue and a fantastic place for al fresco dining.



In a quiet and charming street of Cala San Vicente, on a corner plot with plenty of off street parking, you will find the main entrance of Chalet Estrella de Mar and the covered terrace with living room.



There is a dining area with a table and chairs, perfect for eating and dining in the sun, equipped with a flat screen TV, sofas and chairs. On the same level, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to share.



A few steps up you will find the fully equipped contemporary kitchen, with all modern appliances, perfect for preparing memorable dinners!

On the same floor there is a terrace with table and chairs, ideal for breakfast and quick lunches before heading to the beach. On the same floor is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms are furnished with fitted wardrobes to store all your belongings. The villa has Wifi included throughout the house so you can always be connected.



All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating at no extra cost to enhance your comfort and are available for use at any time of the day.



In Cala Sant Vicenç there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.



In Pollença you will find a cultural centre, the pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part in its activities. On Sundays there is a local market in the main square where local vegetables, fruit and spices abound.



Kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing The beach at Puerto Pollensa is perfect for relaxing in the sun or for the more active, enjoy water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or water skiing.
