Recently built this property offers you the tranquility of the countryside and an excellent location to be in just 15 minutes in the centre of Alhaurín el Grande or if you prefer in less than 25 minutes to be in the centre of the capital of Malaga and enjoy all its leisure and culture.



At the entrance you will see that you will have a very well maintained accommodation and with excellent qualities, with covered parking for two vehicles you can leave your car inside the enclosure without any problem and very well sheltered.



The exteriors are excellent with a very private pool as it is sheltered by the same accommodation, you can enjoy the sun and a good swim in the excellent saltwater pool.



The entrance of the accommodation is dominated by a large terrace which in turn is the barbecue area. Equipped with a built-in barbecue, worktop and tap so that you can prepare anything you fancy outside the accommodation.



If you need to use the bathroom, outside in the pool area you can enjoy a complete toilet with a shower tray so that you don't need to enter the accommodation wet. This toilet also houses the washing machine so you can do your laundry if you need to.



The entrance of the accommodation is presided over by the living-dining room together with the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare any type of meal either in the oven or on a ceramic hob.



The living room with a family table and a comfortable sofa will be a relaxing retreat, to watch TV, take a nap or read a good book.




The bedrooms are spacious and bright and all are equipped with top quality wardrobes so you can store your luggage without any problem.
