Cubo's Finca El Balcón de las Lomas is a 150 m² property that offers all the amenities for a comfortable and exclusive stay. Situated on a hill, this fenced estate guarantees maximum privacy, with high walls that isolate the adjoining house, creating a quiet and safe environment for the whole family. The ample parking area allows children to play freely and safely within the enclosed grounds.



The exteriors are divided into three main areas: a porch with summer kitchen equipped with gas barbecue, cooker and sink, ideal for family lunches in the shade; a wooden pergola with a noble table to enjoy unforgettable alfresco meals; and a pool area and jacuzzi (at extra cost) illuminated to cool off or relax contemplating the breathtaking views. 🌞🍖💦




Description of the accommodation



Indoors, the modern open-plan kitchen with top-of-the-range appliances and a bay window overlooking the pool offers a bright and functional space, connected to a cosy living room with fireplace and television, perfect for warm evenings and family moments. 🔥📺




The lower floor has three double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, exterior windows providing natural light and individual air conditioning for total comfort. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with single beds and a small living room with sofa bed and television, ideal for two extra guests. 🛏️❄️



The accommodation has a sophisticated WIFI system for indoors and outdoors, ensuring connection in all areas. In addition, we inform that during the stay there may be pool and outdoor maintenance, with prior notice to the traveller. 🖥️📶



For families with babies, a cot and high chair are included on request, and the accommodation has two bathrooms, one of them located in the outdoor area next to the barbecue. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience. 👶🍼🛁



It is important to mention that the outdoor hot tub has an extra supplement that must be contracted at least two days prior to arrival. 🛁✨




The finca is surrounded by nature, with mountain and garden views, and is strategically located within walking distance of several attractions and amenities: 22 km from the beaches of Fuengirola, 5 km from the Alhaurin Golf course, 4 km from Alhaurín el Grande with supermarkets and restaurants, 23 km from Malaga international airport, and close to water parks and amusement parks. 🌊⛳✈️🎢
