Cubo's Finca El Balcón de las Lomas is a 150 m² property offering all the amenities for a comfortable and exclusive stay.
Situated on a hilltop, this fenced finca guarantees maximum privacy, with high walls that isolate the adjacent house, creating a tranquil and safe environment for the whole family. 🚗🔒 Ample parking allows children to play freely and safely within the enclosed plot.
The exteriors are divided into three main areas: a porch with a summer kitchen equipped with a gas barbecue, hob, and sink, ideal for shaded family lunches; a wooden pergola with an elegant table for unforgettable outdoor meals; and a pool and jacuzzi area (with an additional cost) illuminated for cooling off or relaxing while admiring the stunning views. 🌞🍖💦 Accommodation Description Inside, the modern open-plan kitchen with high-end appliances and a large window overlooking the pool offers a bright and functional space, connected to a cozy living room with a fireplace and television, perfect for warm evenings and family moments. 🔥📺 The lower floor has three double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, exterior windows that provide natural light, and individual air conditioning for total comfort.

We had a wonderful stay, there is lots of outdoor space, there is a lovely view and it has absolutely everything you could need. We enjoyed ourselves a lot.
