Amenities: The holiday home consists of a small hallway with a coat rack; a living room with an L-shaped sofa bed, two stools, an armchair, a TV with receiver, an Amazon Fire TV Stick, internet/Wi-Fi and an infrared heater; a bedroom with a double bed with adjustable head and foot sections; a bathroom with a window, shower and toilet; and a fully equipped kitchen (without a dishwasher) with a hob and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dining area.
All rooms have roller shutters.
A baby cot is available for our youngest guests. Outdoor area: The fully fenced, private plot covers approximately 250 m². It features a lawn, a flower bed, a Hollywood swing, two sun loungers with covers, a terrace with a dining set and cushions for up to six people, a covered carport parking space and a bicycle rack.
There is also a Tillvex aluminium parasol with cover, measuring 300 cm in diameter.
It has a crank handle and wind protection, provides UV protection, rotates 360° and is waterproof. Special features: Wi-Fi and a kitchen package comprising dishwashing liquid, dishcloth, washing-up sponge, two tea towels and two guest towels are included in the rental price. A €50 deposit is payable in cash on site upon handover/arrival. Electricity is charged at €0.40 per kWh based on consumption and is payable on site upon handover/departure. NO PARTIES OR OTHER CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED!!!! As the property is located in a recreation area, this holiday home is rented exclusively for relaxation.
The Dannigkow recreation area has binding rules of conduct (available in the holiday home). Please note that violations of these rules or regulations may result in a fine. Schöner Bungalow mit allem was man so für einen Urlaub braucht. Ruhig gelegen, in Mitten eines Naherholungsgebietes. Man kann wunderbar die Gegend mit dem Rad erkunden, auf wirklich prima Wegen.
