This holiday home is situated in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house faces south and has a south-facing terrace, whilst the garden leads straight down to the beach. From the terrace, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic sea view towards Falster.
The terrace is the perfect spot for a cosy and festive dinner, prepared on the large gas barbecue. There is also a terrace right by the water where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset.
Inside the house is a spacious kitchen-diner. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room features a large sofa, from which you can enjoy the sea view during the day and the glow of the wood-burning stove in the evening. There is also a dining table that can be extended with an extra leaf.
The location, with direct access to the sea, is ideal for swimming, fishing, kayaking, windsurfing and kitesurfing.

Wir haben hier im Februar eine Woche Urlaub gemacht und waren sehr zufrieden. Erst waren wir erschrocken über die große Baustelle in der direkten Nähe, aber man hat nichts mitbekommen und außerdem war es sehr interessant. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, man hat nichts vermisst. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Jeg var så nervøs efter at have læst anmeldelsen om mgl. rengøring fra 5/3-25, men jeg det havde jeg bestemt ikke grund til at være. Huset var fint rengjort.Beliggenheden var perfekt mellem de to broer og hvem kan blive træt af at se på vandet, selvom det regnede.

Das Haus war schmutzig hinterlassen worden und wurde somit nicht kontrolliert vom Vermieter. Leider versperrt die Baustelle der neuen Brücke den Blick auf einen schönen Sonnenuntergang und der Lärm der Baustelle war störend. Nachteilig fanden wir auch das kein Schrank zur Nutzung vorhanden war und wir somit aus dem Koffer leben muss. Es fehlt auch an Stauraum in der Küche.
