Cosy, rustic, comfortable chalet "Aualm", 1'700 m a.s.l., surrounded by meadows and fields. 2 houses in the residence. 11 km from the centre of Forstau, 12.5 km from the centre of Radstadt, 12 km from the centre of Schladming, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, 5 m from the skiing area, in the countryside.
In the house: sauna (extra). Infrared sauna, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 6 km long bumpy motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking (in winter), in winter 6 km. Bus stop 8 km, thermal baths "Alpentherme Altenmarkt" 16 km. Golf course (27 hole) 13 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane, slopes 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Forstau Fageralm, Reiteralm 3 km, Obertauern 25 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Reiteralm.
In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

se cercate un luogo per divertirvi, rilassarvi, trascorrere del tempo lontani dal caos e avete un po' di amici con cui condividere questi valori... è la casa che fa per voi! a 15 minuti di auto (strada sterrata ma tenuta bene) dal primo centro abitato. E' il secondo anno che torniamo... una garanzia!

Die Hütte ist tippitoppi, Ausstattung, Ausblick, einfach alles. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Hüttenwirt ist ein sehr Lieber. Die Zufahrt zur Hütte mit Auto ist holprig und lang (mind. 15 min) Das muss man bedenken, wenn man zB für Aktivitäten öfters mal ins Tal möchte. Zur bewirtschafteten Trinkeralm kann man mit dem Auto fahren. Zu Fuß sind es ca 10 Minuten.

Wunderschöne Hütte mit top Ausstattung. Wir haben beide Häuser gemietet und uns sehr wohlgefühlt - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Dankeschön! :)
