Trotz Bahnhof in der Nähe war es recht ruhig. Supermarkt und Restaurants dicht dran.
zum Wasser 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Fehlende Air condition, 0 Steckdosen an der Küchenzeile (Toaster und Wasserkocher auf dem Fußboden), unbequeme Stühle am Esstisch bei fehlenden Alternativen (Mücken im Freien).
