The guest house Gentile is located in the medieval Borgo Tagliolo in the well-known wine region of Monferrato.
It is part of the Castello Pinelli Gentile, which has been in the family for 500 years and is run with a lot of passion.
The guest house offers families and couples a promising stay between vineyards and medieval atmosphere.
Larger groups of friends can also rent all four guest houses together. The wine region is particularly known for the Dolcetto grapes.
The noble family has been producing wine since the 14th century and also offers its guests wine tasting with a tour of the castle.
Cycling in the beautiful surroundings, day trips to Alba or Casale Monferrato, playing golf... there's a lot to discover! Take advantage of the private garden with breathtaking views for convivial barbecues! You will also find a table tennis table and a washing machine on the property.
Please note the waste separation, there are larger bins in the basement of the Castello.
There is ample parking on site and near the accommodation. Guests have the possibility to order in advance some dishes prepared by the cook Gianna, to be collected the next day, such as: 1) Gnocchi al pesto di Prà 2) Trenette al pesto con patate & fagiolini 3) Agnolotti di Tagliolo al ragù / burro e salvia 4) Penne alla Mediterranea (aubergines, bacon, tomato) 5) Vitello tonnato 6) Brasato al Dolcetto 7) Torta salata Camembert & scarola 8) Insalata mista 9) Patate arrosto 10) Torta di frutta di stagione (cherries/strawberries/apricots) 11) Bunet

Prachtige, historische locatie. Heerlijke tuin met groots uitzicht over de omgeving. Super aardige kasteelheer die met veel liefde zijn erfgoed in stand houdt en het met enthousiasme en humor deelt met zijn gasten. Mooie dorpjes in de omgeving, lekker eten, niet teveel toeristen, strand bereikbaar in een half uur. We hebben er een heel fijne tijd gehad.

Die Ferienwohnung ist Teil eines Castellos aus dem Jahre 970. Entsprechend sind die Räume natürlich nicht architektonisch 'von der Stange', sondern versehen mit dicken Jahrhundertealten Balken, Steinböden, etc. Alles sehr gemütlich, wohnlich eingerichtet. Ich habe hier zwei Wochen gearbeitet. Das WLAN war zuverlässig und ich schätzte es sehr, einen komfortablen Wohnraum zum Entspannen nach der Arbeit zu haben. Es fühlte sich wie ein gemütliches Zuhause fern von Zuhause an.
