On the southern coast of Lanzarote, in Playa Blanca, the newly built Villa Xana is located in a quiet neighborhood just steps from the golden beach and features an exquisite pool area.
The 250 m² villa includes a living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 en-suite bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, satellite TV, a crib, and a high chair. The spacious outdoor area ensures privacy with high white walls lined with greenery.
You will find a large patio with a big pool (heated from November to May by solar panels, so temperature may vary depending on the weather), an outdoor shower, barbecue area, and a dining space with umbrella.
The nearest supermarket is a 7-minute walk away (500 m), and the center of Playa Blanca, with shops, bars, and restaurants, is a 13-minute walk (1 km). There is a bus stop right by the door.
The closest beach, Playa Flamingo, is a 15-minute walk away (1 km). Street parking is available.

The villa and outside pool and entertaining area and the weather was perfect
The only constructive feedback I can give is to check that there is enough soap and toilet paper for guest arrival as there are 3 bathrooms and a separate WC but sadly we had only had a little bit until the shop opened the next morning

The Host was excellent, very helpful and the cleaner was amazing. The area round the pool was a sun trap with daily temperatures of 20 feeling like 25. Showers brilliant with great water pressure. Washing machine, iron, hair dryers all supplied. Nice walk into town and just close to the sea. Will be back ASAP.

Lage und Objekt o.k. leider sind die Bilder der Anzeige schon älter und das Haus in einem überarbeitungswürdigen Zustand.Duschen und Klimaanlagen undicht, Wände nass und Putz fällt ab. Bei Einzug waren noch Kleidungstücke vom Vormieter im Schrank.Wir haben erst Gläser kaufen müssen, da für 4 Persone...
