Terraced house three floors with private pool and outdoor area on three floors in Montefegatesi, a small village in the Garfagnana region near Bagni di Lucca.
From the house and the property you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding wooded hills and the village.
The outdoor area is equipped for outdoor dining and also offers games for children, a pool area with shower and a solarium area with sun loungers, table and chairs.
Above the pool is a large outdoor terrace, heated and equipped for outdoor meals.
The village of Montefegatesi is situated in a hilly position (810 m a.s.l.) with panoramic views of the surrounding hills.

Wenn man wandern mag ist es genau das richtige. Die Anfahrt gestaltet sich eher schwierig, teilweise unbefestigte Straßen den Berg hinauf. Im Dorf nur enge Gassen, wir konnten mit unserem Bulli nicht mal bis zum Marktplatz fahren, wo man eigentlich Parken soll. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Husk at ved at booke dette stille, smukke og meget fine sted, skal du tage højde for den lange transport(læs 30 min) ned til Bangna di Lucca. Men med det in mente så er Montefegatesi et fantastisk sted.

Lage Reihenhaus war alles top, allerdings bei der Nebenkostenabrechnung sollte darauf geachtet werden, beim Einzug das man da den Stand vom Diesel bekommt und beim Auszug auch, weil bei uns war es dann recht hoch die Nebenkosten Abrechnung und wir hatten keinen aktuellen Stand vom Diesel bekommen vor und nach dem Auszug.
