This apartment is characterized by its beautiful view directly onto the village of Ellmau and the Wilder Kaiser.
The apartment (including balcony) features a living room with a 3-seater sofa, TV, dining area, and of course a kitchen with Nespresso, 4-burner stove, and microwave, among other amenities.
In the living room, there is a fold-down bed for 2 people (180 cm x 200 cm), and in the hallway, there is a bunk bed (2x90 x 200 cm).
The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
The Bergsigt Apartments are located in the approximately 900m-high Berghof Apartment complex, directly on the ski slope in winter and on the beautiful hiking route in summer.
On the first floor is the Talseite Apartment, a completely renovated studio for up to 4 people.
The apartment is located on the north side of the building with a magnificent view of the Wilder Kaiser.
On the fourth and top floor are three apartments: Brennerseite, Nordseite, and Südseite.
These are located directly opposite each other, which is ideal if you are renting multiple apartments.
The apartments have two floors, a living area and a sleeping area, and are non-smoking apartments.

The mandatory deposit of 250 Euros is explicitly mentioned there.
Pets are not welcome! A deposit of 250 Euros is required for each reservation, which is transferred with the payment of rent and local tax.
The deposit will be refunded after your stay, provided everything in the apartment has been left as agreed.

Es war kein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank. Ein großer Spiegel fehlte.

Die Dusche,weil da keine Duschwanne war ,wo man leicht ausrutschen kann.Es war eher eine gerade Fläche mit Laminat überzogen. Gefiehl mir ganz gut.
Die Couch konnte man nicht ausziehen.
Balkon Möbel. Ein kleiner Tisch und Stühle wären nicht schlecht gewesen um draußen zu Frühstücken oder Abends zu spielen.

Das Haus war gut gelegen und die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Das Beste war allerdings der Ausblick. Man wacht auf und schaut direkt auf den Wilden Kaiser (allerdings nur, wenn man ein Zimmer mit Talblick hat).

Wir hatten zu wenig Handtücher..da habe ich eine Email geschrieben und 1 Stunde später stand jemand mit Handtüchern vor der Tür...Toller Service
Das Treppenhaus ist nicht sauber aber die Wohnung ist top.
