Spacious and bright apartment in Santa Margherita Ligure, located on the first hills, a 10-minute walk from the center and the sea. It is situated in a quiet residential area, surrounded by nature, with a splendid sea view.
Access is via a staircase of about 30 steps, opening directly into the living room with a kitchenette, followed by a small laundry room, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, a small bedroom with two single beds, and a second guest bathroom.
Completing the apartment is a beautiful panoramic terrace with a sea view for our guests and a private garden with fruit trees.
Opposite the building, there is a convenient bus stop.

Thank you for a great holiday. Everything was perfect and the staff I met and had contact with were super friendly and wonderful. My only wish for change would be fewer signs, that would take away some of the charm.But I’d recommend to stay here.
