The guest must collect the new keys from our office. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left at the property.
Guests must remove all waste, otherwise, a fee of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Near the arrival date, we will send a link for online check-in to register all guests. The tourist tax is included in the price.

Der gesamte Außenbereich mit Terrasse, Pool und Garten ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt oder zum Strand laufen, nachts ist es ruhig.
Das Haus selbst ist stark renovierungsbedürftig, es riecht sehr muffig und feucht, die Ausstattung ist schlecht. Bei unserer Ankunft spät abends waren dort (trotz zugesagtem Willkommenspaket) weder Toilettenpapier, Seife, Schwamm, Spülmittel, Salz, Zucker, es ist wirklich NICHTS da! Auf Nachfrage ka...
