Perfectly situated within walking distance of the 3 sandy bays of Cala Barques, Cala Clara, Cala Molins with an excellent selection of restaurants, this villa offers cozy interiors (air conditioning, completely renovated and finished to the highest standard), spacious terraces and a welcoming private pool.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Villa Can Sohn can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
Inside, the villa is on a single level and is full of light.
It has been fully renovated to a high standard to offer a unique holiday experience in one of the most beautiful areas of the island.
It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin), 2 family bathrooms with showers, and a spacious living room with an adjoining kitchen and dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing any kind of recipe (large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave) and the living room is comfortably furnished with sofas, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV.
Outside, there is a fantastic porch, surrounded by bougainvillea flowers, perfect for al fresco dining (a brick barbecue is available for guests to enjoy).
The large private pool (6m x 3.5m, depth between 1.2m and 1.6m) has Roman steps and catches the sun all day.
Comfortable sun loungers and parasols are provided.
Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Tourist tax is included in the price.
Information to consider: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected at our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property.
Guests must remove all waste, otherwise a fee of €150 will be charged for waste management.
Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016).
Shortly before your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Nice and quiet residential location, pool area and villa clean and equipped. Might struggle for space with 6 people indoors for seating but outside area has lots of seating and sunbeds.

My Dad and I had a really lovely short break at this villa. Villa, pool and local area all what we wanted from this holiday. Good clear instructions from Sealand Villas throughout the booking. We are regulars to this end of the island but first time with Sealand Villas. Would recommend.
