With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Villa Can Sohn can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Inside, the villa is all on one level and filled with light.
It has been fully renovated to a high standard to offer a unique holiday experience in one of the most beautiful areas of the island.
It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin) and 2 family bathrooms with showers, and a spacious living room with adjoining kitchen and dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing any type of recipe (large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave) and the lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas, armchairs and a flat-screen TV. Outside, there is a fantastic covered terrace, surrounded by bougainvillea flowers, perfect for al fresco dining (a brick barbecue is available for guests to enjoy). The large private pool (6m x 3.5m deep, between 1.2m and 1.6m) has Roman steps and catches the sun all day. Comfortable sun loungers and parasols are provided. Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The tourist tax is included in the price. Information to note: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property.
Guests must remove all waste, otherwise a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). My Dad and I had a really lovely short break at this villa. Villa, pool and local area all what we wanted from this holiday. Good clear instructions from Sealand Villas throughout the booking. We are regulars to this end of the island but first time with Sealand Villas. Would recommend.
