The apartment is located on the first floor and offers an impressive balcony with sea views to enjoy the scenery and a pleasant drink outdoors.
The well-furnished and spacious living room and kitchen have large (full-size) patio doors that provide stunning views and access to the balcony.
There are 2 bedrooms in total, 1 double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and 1 twin bedroom, as well as 1 modern bathroom with a shower.
Air conditioning is available and included in the rental price at fixed hours (2 pm-4 pm, 8 pm-8 am). Due to its unique location and elegant details, this property is a real gem not to be missed! The tourist tax is included in the price. Important information to consider: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest from our office. On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left in the property.
Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 for waste management will apply. De apartment was very neat and spacious and it has a very nice view.
