Cala Clara Beach Apartment is a stylish, modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a large balcony and sea views, perfectly situated less than 100m from the sandy bays of Cala San Vicente.
Airy, bright, air-conditioned, and beautifully appointed, this apartment is the perfect choice for all those guests who want to experience an excellent holiday in Mallorca without having to depend on a car constantly (the beach and restaurants are within easy walking distance).
The apartment is located on the first floor and offers an impressive balcony with sea views to enjoy the scenery and a nice drink outdoors.
The well-furnished and spacious living room and kitchen have large (full-size) patio doors providing stunning views and access to the balcony.
There are 2 bedrooms in total, 1 double bedroom with an en-suite shower, and 1 twin bedroom, as well as 1 modern bathroom with a shower.
Air conditioning is available and included in the rental price at fixed times (2 pm-4 pm, 8 pm-8 am).
Due to its unique location and elegant details, this property is a real gem not to be missed! The tourist tax is included in the price.
Important information to consider: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left in the property.
Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

De apartment was very neat and spacious and it has a very nice view.
The air conditioning wasn’t working and it was very hot which made sleeping very difficult,

Ich suche wirklich nach einem Pluspunkt, finde aber leider keinen.
Diese Wohnung ist unbeziehbar. Alles ist sehr alt oder kaputt. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt 0,0. Alle Möbel sind abgenutzt oder dreckig. Man kann nur empfehlen, diese Wohnung nicht zu buchen. Wir haben für 7 Tage 2.500€ bezahlt; angemessen wären vielleicht 400.
Zusätzlich ist der Ort komplett...

Très spacieux, parfait pour un groupe d’amis ou une famille. 2 Superbes criques à distance à pied (cala molins notre préférée). Magnifique vue depuis le balcon
La propreté des draps (ce n’etait pas super propre, mais c’était tout de meme ok)
