The 3 bedroom Villa Pins is a cosy and elegant villa with private pool, ideally located within the sought after resort of Cala San Vicente, with its 3 sandy bays and crystal clear waters just a short stroll away. Sleeping up to 6 people in comfortably furnished interiors, the villa is air-conditioned and is the perfect choice for guests looking for a truly Mallorcan holiday without the need to constantly rely on a car. The bays that form Cala San Vicente (respectively called Cala Clara, Cala Barques and Cala Molins) are a charming jewel of Mallorca, still hidden from mass tourism, and the perfect place to relax and unwind in a cosy and friendly atmosphere.



Interiorally, the villa is modern, conveniently located on one floor and carefully finished to offer an unforgettable holiday surrounded by all comforts. There is a large living room with adjoining kitchen and dining room, with large patio doors opening directly onto the pool patios and gardens with lawns, shrubs and pine trees. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances for a holiday and the lounge has comfortable sofas, satellite TV (freeview channels) and DVD player. There are 3 bedrooms in total, one double and 2 twin bedrooms, as well as 2 large bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is available at fixed times between 14:00-16:00 and 20:00-8:00. The upper floor of the villa belongs to another property and does not share the gardens and swimming pool which are for the exclusive use of guests staying at Villa Pins.



Outside, the villa offers the unbeatable plus of exclusive gardens with lawns and mature trees, as well as a private swimming pool. Deciding whether to stay by the pool or enjoy a stroll along the beach will be a difficult decision! The pool measures 4m x 3m and the depth is 1.8m - 2.10m. Sun loungers and parasols are available to guests.
