The 3-bedroom Villa Pins is a charming and stylish villa with a private pool, ideally located within the sought-after resort of Cala San Vicente, with its 3 sandy coves and crystal-clear waters just a short stroll away.
Sleeping 6 guests in comfortable furnished interiors, the villa features air conditioning and is the perfect choice for all those guests looking for a truly Mallorcan holiday without the constant need for a car.
The coves that make up Cala San Vicente (called Cala Clara, Cala Barques and Cala Molins respectively) are a delightful jewel of Mallorca, still hidden from mass tourism, and the perfect place to relax and unwind in a cozy and friendly atmosphere.
Inside, the villa is modern, conveniently arranged on a single floor and finished to a high standard to provide an unforgettable holiday surrounded by all amenities.
There is a large lounge with an adjoining kitchen and dining area, with large patio doors opening directly onto the pool patios and lawned gardens with shrubs and pine trees.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for a holiday, and the lounge has comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels) and a DVD player.
There are 3 bedrooms in total, one double and 2 twin rooms, as well as 2 large bathrooms with showers.
Air conditioning in the two double bedrooms is available at fixed times between 2 PM-4 PM and 8 PM-8 AM.
The single room does not have air conditioning.
The upper floor of the villa belongs to another property and does not share the gardens or the pool which remain for the exclusive use of guests staying at Villa Pins.
Outside, the villa offers the unbeatable bonus of exclusive gardens with lawn and mature trees, as well as a private swimming pool.
Deciding whether to stay by the pool or enjoy a stroll down to the beach will be a difficult choice! The pool measures 4m x 3m and the depth is 1.8m - 2.10m.
Sunbeds and parasols are provided for guests.
The tourist tax is included in the price.
Important information to consider: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest from our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left at the property.
Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will apply for waste management.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Nära hav och egen pool, affär och restauranger inom gångavstånd. Rymlig bostad. På minussidan- stinkande avlopp i ett av badrummen. Tråkigt också att inte basvaror som ex salt och peppar, samt städmedel varken fanns när vi kom eller fick lämnas till nästa gäst.

die Finca benötigt ein paar kleine Reparaturen,Tür in der Spüle, im vorderen Bad ein paar Ablage Möglichkeiten. und es gibt immer etwas Geruchsbelästigung aus dem Abfluss
