Villa La Casita is a cosy and cheerful 2 bedroom villa with private pool, conveniently located very close to the sought after beach resort of Puerto Pollensa, which is less than 3 km away. The interiors are beautifully furnished in traditional style and the outdoor areas feature cosy terraces and a pleasant garden perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying al fresco dining. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms



As guests approach the villa via a lovely pathway, they arrive at a lovely L-shaped covered terrace with sitting areas surrounded by flowering shrubs and plants. The entrance is directly into the dining/living room, traditionally furnished with many original features and a true Mallorcan ambience.

Leaving the living room, and accessed through beautiful archways, there are 2 bedrooms (one double with air conditioning and an antique Mallorcan bed, the other with 2 single beds with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms with shower. Another archway leads to the spacious fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor barbecue area.



Outside, there is a very nice and well kept garden with beautiful views to the mountains and pine forests. The garden has lawns and many terraces for sunbathing.




An outdoor barbecue (covered) with table and chairs for outdoor dining is located at the rear of the villa and is the perfect complement to the outdoor dining.



Tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning: from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
