Villa Blau Mari is probably one of the best villas in Mallorca: detached, with a unique location on the sandy beach of Playa de Muro / Can Picafort, surrounded by unspoiled nature and with breathtaking sea views.
A dream come true! Villa Blau Mari can accommodate 6 adults in 4 bedrooms and offers cozy interiors, finished in traditional Mallorcan style but with ample comfort and spacious private outdoor areas.
Not to forget, guests staying at Villa Blau Mari will have the Mediterranean Sea right outside their door! Villa Blau Mari is definitely a property not to be missed. The interior of the villa is spacious and airy, with air conditioning and distributed over 2 floors.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a family bathroom.
The living and dining room have large patio doors that open onto the terraces and gardens. On the upper floor, there are 2 more spacious bedrooms (one double + 1 twin), and a family bathroom.
The rooms open directly onto large terraces offering spectacular views over the pine trees and the sea. Sleeping pampered by the Mediterranean breeze and the sound of the waves will be a truly memorable experience! Outside, the villa (located in a prime area of the coast) is surrounded by a private plot with lawn, shrubs, and pine trees.
Enjoy dinner on one of the furnished terraces, try a barbecue meal (with a grill), or simply relax with a glass of wine while listening to the sound of the sea: Villa Blau Mari will be the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday.

Air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Information to consider: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest from our office. On the day of check-out, no garbage should be left on the property.
Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 for waste management will apply. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Schöner Meerblick von der Terrasse. Direkter Zugang zum Meer. Betten sind bequem. Großer SmartTV im Wohnzimmer.
Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und leise.
Die Terrasse liegt an einem Durchgangsweg, kein abgeschlosses Grundstück. Die Nachbarn und andere Menschen laufen direkt an der Terrasse vorbei. Keine Privatsphäre. Wurde so nicht beschrieben. Nur 4 Liegen. 2 davon defekt, gebrochen. TV im Schlafzimmer nur Spanisch. Zimmer eher klein.

Lage, Lage, Lage! Mit eigenem Weg zum Sandstrand. Perfekt.
Die Küchenausstattung war unzureichend, schlechte Auswahl von Töpfen. 45er Spülmaschine für 6 Personen! Toilettenspülung lief andauernd. Trotz Kontakt mit Veranstalter, keine Reparatur, dann selbst gemacht. Zwischenreinigung nicht im Zeitfenster, wie vereinbart.
