L'appartamento si trova sul lungomare di Fiumetto, quindi in posizione invidiabile. Nonostante il costo, presenta gravi mancanze e un certo stato di abbandono, pero'. Pulizie iniziali superficialissime, peli di cane ovunque, cucina tutta appiccicosa coi fornelli incrostato... per cui abbiamo dovuto ...

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig. Sie liegt sehr nahe zum Strand. Nur die Dusche ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.
