Solmar II is a residential of 20 flats of low construction of three heights (without lift) of low density, familiar and modern. It has 1.000 m2 of gardens, swimming pool and underground garages. Situated only 40 m. from the beach, spacious east facing terraces, overlooking the swimming pool and garden areas. All the apartments have washing machine, microwave and TV.

Flat 1st floor, with three bedrooms (all with ceiling fans), a complete bathroom, a shower-room, kitchen with breakfast bar, utility room, living-dining room and terrace (with awning) facing east to the sea with views to the swimming pool and garden areas. Capacity 5/6 pers. Includes parking space, WIFI service.

The flat is equipped with bed linen, and everything necessary for cooking and table setting. A pressure cooker, blender and electric toaster are not standard, so if any of these are essential, don't forget to bring them!

The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the flats).

Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, newspapers, pharmacy, and many other services.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED / Pets are allowed on request, maximum weight 10 kg. supplement 5€/night (maximum weight 10kg). Our flats are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels. Bed linen is changed fortnightly. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard, if any of these are essential please bring them with you!

Key collection will take place at our offices in C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours. There is the possibility of collecting the keys outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. Departure and vacating of the accommodation will take place before 10:00 am. The keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned to our offices. Before collecting the keys, a deposit of 150 € must be paid, which will be returned after checking the flat, and if the company considers it appropriate, up to 48 hours after vacating the apartment.
