Residencial Dorasal is located at the southern end of Xeraco beach, beachfront (C/ Les Marines 13) with direct access to the sand.
There is no elevator.
It offers a play area with swings, a swimming pool with a sectioned-off children's paddling pool, and 2,000 m2 of garden areas.
Just 25 meters away, there is a multi-sport area and a grove with swings for the little ones. Ground floor apartment with a spacious south-facing lateral terrace offering limited sea views.
From the terrace, descending 4-5 steps leads to a private gate for street access (Riu street). The apartment features an open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and DISHWASHER, a living-dining room with access to the terrace, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower). A garage space and WIFI service are included.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Capacity for 4 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED. PETS ARE ALLOWED upon request, with a maximum weight of 10 kilos (€7/night). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath/shower towel per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom). A linen change is provided every two weeks.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours by requesting it in advance and having previously paid the deposit.
Check-out and vacating of the accommodations must be done before 10:00 AM. Keys can be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a €150 deposit, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase non-refundable accidental damage waiver (Insurance) for €28. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The entry slope to the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to travel around the region, which offers many worthwhile cultural and gastronomic attractions.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshlands.
The latter is very popular among ornithologists.
L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of undeveloped beach with no buildings, due to its environmental and ecological significance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
Let's not forget fishing, which is possible from the beaches, sea inlets, and rivers.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado

Es un apartamento con mobiliario tipico de playa que cumple su función y con una ubicación inmejorable aunque las ventanas habría que cambiarlas porque los cierres y las persianas están muy deteriorados por el paso del tiempo y el clima.
No obstante contactamos con Serviplaya y al día siguiente aunque era festivo, el personal de mantenimiento intentó buscar la mejor solución.
