**Rural studio with air conditioning and private pool, perfect for a peaceful couple's getaway surrounded by nature in Málaga. 🌿🏡
Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specializing in vacation rentals since 2005.
Rural house with pool surrounded by nature, **adults only**
Enjoy a cozy and **peaceful rural studio** for 2 people, located in a large house but with complete privacy, including exclusive use of the pool and garden.
It has its own entrance and private parking for your convenience.
The double bed and spacious atmosphere make this the ideal place to relax as a couple, surrounded by a natural environment without noise. The location is strategic: although you will be immersed in nature, in just a 5-minute drive you can access the commercial, leisure, and dining options of Coín. Furthermore, the excellent road connections will allow you to easily explore the points of interest in the province of Málaga. The studio features an open-plan kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, and washing machine, perfect for preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner at your own pace.
Additionally, it has an osmosis system on the tap to ensure quality water.
The living area includes a television for you to enjoy your favorite shows in complete comfort. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower tray and bathtub, ensuring comfort.
The private wooden-decked pool (4.6 m in diameter and 1.2 m deep) is available from June to September, accompanied by a spacious area for relaxation with an outdoor wood-burning fireplace.
You will also find a semi-shaded porch with natural reed screening, a barbecue area, and a terrace for enjoying unforgettable outdoor moments. The views are of a typical rural estate in the area, with fruit trees grown without chemicals, pesticides, or herbicides, offering a natural and healthy environment.
Please note that the external appearance and fruits may vary depending on the season. The final part of the road to the accommodation is a dirt track, adding an authentic and rural touch to the experience. Don't wait any longer to book your perfect getaway! 🌞✨ As we do in all other properties of our brand CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, all our accommodations come with towel and sheet sets.
And all of this, absolutely FREE. Likewise, CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES guests can enjoy EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT upon request, provided that the booking calendar and scheduled cleaning allow it.
