Charming townhouse for your holiday in the medieval Romanesque village of Albenga, just 1.4 km from the beaches. The apartment is on two floors, on the ground floor we find living room, kitchen. A typical slate staircase leads you to the first floor with bathroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a double bedroom with access to a small balcony where you can enjoy a coffee while watching the sunset over the rooftops. The area is ideal not only for discovering the sandy beaches of Albenga (1.4 km) and Alassio (6 km), but also for organising excursions to Cervo (26 km) for the famous international classical music festival. For art lovers, Genoa with its historic UNESCO World Heritage Site is 85 km away. The entrance to the house has 19 steps. The property is located in a pedestrianised area.

Excellent location and perfect hosting. Nice town and nice area to visit. Full of good restaurants very close the house. Only issue is the lack of air conditioning which is a limit during these extremely worm days
