The house Pla de des Rotes is situated in a wonderfully peaceful setting, close to Campanet, with views of the mountains. The well-equipped house has a beautiful stone façade and offers air-conditioning and central heating, making it a good choice for families and groups of friends all year round. Visit Mallorca in low season, for example in the almond blossom season or when the poppy fields are in bloom. In every season a trip to Mallorca is worthwhile!



The house is generous and has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. 4 of the bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining room and the separate living room with air conditioning. From here you have access to the furnished porch. From the porch you have a fantastic view over the pool, the garden with a lot of vegetation and trees, up to the mountains.

You can also see the impressive mountain scenery from the sun terrace by the pool. The pool is exclusively for your use and measures 10 x 5 m.

Another highlight awaits you in the garage, a very good entertainment option: a pool table. There you can share some exciting games with the other participants of the trip.



The accommodation belongs to the beautiful village of Campanet in the northwest of Mallorca. Campanet has a long history, you can see very old buildings and churches. Campanet is known for 2 peculiarities: on the one hand, the caves with their underground lakes, and on the other hand, Ses Fonts Ufanes, which are natural springs that spring up after heavy rains. They then cover the forest with rivers of spring water, this is a very impressive spectacle of nature.


For beach lovers the house is also a good choice, because it is well communicated and in only 19 km you reach the nearest beach.
