The top floor flat offers you a marvellous view of the garden and the Thuringian Forest at any time of the year. All rooms are bright and comfortably furnished - ideal for relaxing on a short holiday or a longer stay in the Thuringian Forest.
The living room offers a sofa set, TV and radio, a small desk, a bookcase with books for young and old, games and toys.
In the eat-in kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is equipped with a high chair, dishwasher, cooker and oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The bedroom with double bed also has a cot. A staircase leads from the living room to a small gallery with 2 beds. This is popular with older children, but is also suitable for other adults.
The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, washbasin and toilet. Beds and duvets for allergy sufferers on request.

Description of the accommodation

Welcome to the Thuringian Forest: In Bad Tabarz, at the foot of the 916 metre high Inselberg, you will find our "Malvenhaus" with two quiet and comfortable holiday flats. The German Tourism Association has awarded the Malvenhaus four stars.
Both flats are about 85 square metres in size. The top floor flat with a view of the mountains can accommodate up to four adults and a small child. The ground floor can also accommodate up to four adults and a small child on holiday.
The large garden with old trees invites you to relax, play and barbecue. The forest for hiking, cycling or mushroom picking is five minutes away. In winter, the Rennsteig and surrounding area offer good cross-country skiing conditions with groomed trails.
Bad Tabarz is located in the city triangle of the former royal seat of Gotha, the Wartburg town of Eisenach and the half-timbered town of Schmalkalden. Erfurt and the classical city of Weimar are easily accessible by car and train.

With both holiday flats, there are good conditions for a family reunion. There are cots and a high chair for the youngest guests. Outdoor and play areas for children are available.
