Accommodation Description
The vacation apartment is located on the raised ground floor of our residential building.
The apartment is situated in the Sankt Ingbert district of Oberwürzbach, in the quiet
area of Reichenbrunn, directly at the foot of the wooded Hochscheid.
Your vehicle can be parked in our paved courtyard.
The driveway is illuminated at night (motion detector). Access to the vacation apartment is via a separate front door with a code security lock.
All rooms are equipped with modern, energy-saving LED lights and sufficient electrical outlets.
The house has a wood pellet central heating system with adjustable radiators in all rooms. The triple-glazed soundproof windows ensure pleasant tranquility. For your safety, smoke detectors have been installed, which automatically raise the electric roller shutters and switch on the lights throughout the apartment in case of smoke. Miscellaneous After booking, a deposit of 20% must be paid by bank transfer; the remaining balance must be settled by bank transfer before arrival.
For short-term bookings, the full amount is due immediately. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price. Arrival is possible from 3:00 PM. Departure should be by 10:00 AM. Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation. The door access code will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. Ruhige Lage, Nette, freundliche Vermieterpaar, Grosse, Helle, sehr Sauberen Wohnung, Grosszügig Ausgestattet, Grosse geräumige Küche mit allem was man braucht. Einfach Perfekt.
