Description of the apartment

We have furnished the flat on the 2nd floor on approx. 40 square metres for 2 persons. Here you can enjoy a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sloping ceilings create a very special cosiness here.
The flats on the first and second floors can also be used together for up to six people. The flats have a shared staircase, from where separate entrances are possible. The garden is at your disposal.

In this warm atmosphere combined with modern elements, you can leave your everyday life at home and simply relax. Our central location and the direct connection to the spa areas Asenberg and Obernberg is very special and offers you as our guest exclusive conditions.
Located directly at the spa and landscape park (300 metres away) and only a few steps away from the historic old town with many shops, inviting cafés and restaurants. You live in the immediate vicinity of various clinics, bathhouses, the Kurhaus, concert hall and theatre. You can also take the Paulinchen railway or the city bus. There are bus stops for both in the immediate vicinity. The trade fair is also only 6km away.
