Nice residential complex of low construction with 3 floors (with lift). It has a rounded swimming pool with enclosed children's pool. The flat is situated on the first floor, tastefully furnished, with kitchen, utility room, spacious living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower). It has a very big terrace (25 m2) with North orientation and views to the swimming pool and its garden surroundings. From the terrace there is direct access to the pool area down seven steps. This residential is 120 metres from the sand, located in the central area where you can find all kinds of services. The flat is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and table setting. A pressure cooker, blender and electric toaster are not standard, so if any of these are essential, don't forget to bring them! TV, washing machine and microwave.

The Xeraco Town Hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service all along the Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the flats).

The Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The slope at the entrance to the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very familiar beach, with little traffic, surrounded by nature and fantastic landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle in order to be able to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worthwhile. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and in the marshes. The latter is very popular with ornithologists. The beach of l'Ahuir, a stretch of unspoilt beach without buildings, with its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants can be found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, inlets and rivers.

Our flats are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels. Bed linen is changed fortnightly. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these items are essential, please bring them with you!

Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. There is the possibility of collecting the keys outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. Departure and vacating of the accommodation will take place before 10:00 am. The keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned to our offices. Before collecting the keys, a deposit of 150 € must be paid, which will be returned after checking the flat, and if the company considers it appropriate, up to 48 hours after vacating the apartment.
