Beautiful low-rise residential building with 3 floors (with elevator).
It has a rounded swimming pool with a roped-off children's wading area.
The apartment is located on the first floor, tastefully furnished, and features a kitchen, a utility gallery, a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower).
It boasts a very large terrace (25 m2) facing North with views of the pool and its landscaped surroundings.
From the terrace, you can directly access the pool area by descending seven steps.
This residential complex is 120 meters from the sand, situated in the central area where you can find all types of services.
A garage space is included.
Capacity for 6/7 people.
GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT PERMITTED.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath/shower towel per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom).
A linen change every two weeks is included.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM onwards.
Key collection outside of office hours is possible, provided it is requested in advance and the deposit has been paid.
Departure and check-out from the accommodations must be completed before 10:00 AM.
Keys can be left inside the accommodation after prior consultation, or returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a €150 deposit, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase non-refundable accidental damage waiver (insurance) for €28.
The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The slope for entering the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During the low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to travel around the region, which has many worthwhile cultural and gastronomic attractions.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and along the marshland.
The latter is very popular among ornithologists.
L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors.
Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on the beaches, sea channels, and rivers.

El apartamento está muy bien. Corresponde exactamente a las fotos. Camas muy cómodas y buenas toallas. Pero a tener en cuenta: hay que llevar o comprar todo lo básico, desde productos de limpieza o spontex y pañitos de cocina hasta sal, aceite, etc. A pesar de lo que dice, si tiene tostadora y batid...
