Apartment in typical Ostuni style located in the heart of the historic center, with a splendid terrace and view of the White City. Access to the house, located on the first floor, is via a stone staircase.

The spaces of Terrazza Blu Cobalto are contained but well-designed and characterized by white colors and exposed stone elements that well reflect the environment in which the property is situated. It consists of a kitchen with an induction hob, well-equipped and furnished with a small table and chairs.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a flat-screen TV.

Finally, a practical bathroom with a shower completes the floor. From the kitchen, through very narrow stairs, you can access the upper floor terrace where there is a splendid outdoor tub from which to enjoy a magnificent panorama and a double stone sunbed with a covered veranda. The apartment is located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL); we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding parking lots and enjoying the historic center on foot. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, you may be asked to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.

Its dazzling white historic center, immense, culminates with the Cathedral (600 meters from the apartment) which impetuously dominates the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park, and clear, crystalline sea.

Its characteristic alleys, Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away), and the Column of Sant'Oronzo majestically protect the town. Its countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d’Itria.

A few kilometers away are Ceglie Messapica, a center of tradition and food and wine; Cisternino, a village recognized among the most beautiful in Italy; and Alberobello, whose famous trulli have been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1996.

About 30 km to the north are the Archaeological Park of Egnazia, Monopoli, and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with charming historic centers and beautiful beaches.

To the north (80 km) is Bari, the gateway to the East, while proceeding south, we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi, and finally Lecce, the capital of Baroque.

Moving west is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally Matera, known for its "sassi" (cave dwellings) and European Capital of Culture 2019. The nearest airports and ports are Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes).
