Our House with terrace at Addaura is a spacious two-level flat facing the sea, a true oasis of relaxation from which to admire the deep blue sea of Addaura.


It is accessed by a narrow street with a view of the mountains, at the end of which is a beautiful belvedere. You enter directly into the living room, with 4 sofas, 1 of which converts into a bed, TV, dining table and chairs. Through the large windows you can enjoy the splendid view of the sea, as well as the veranda with armchairs, perfect for aperitifs with a view. The living room leads to the kitchen, which is small but well-equipped and has a veranda. From the living room a corridor leads to the bathroom with shower and to the bedroom, furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. From the bedroom there is access to a veranda where the washing machine is located.

Also in the living room is a spiral staircase leading to the terrace: part of the terrace is covered and equipped with a swing, table and chairs, while the open part is perfect for sunbathing on sun loungers.

Guests are provided with amenities such as air conditioning and heat pump heating.

Addaura is a seaside village in Palermo. It is located south-east of Mondello beach on the seafront promenade that runs from Mondello to the capital by circumventing Monte Pellegrino. There are several coves surrounded by a beautiful sea and a marina overlooking the gulf of Mondello.
