* Buena ubicación, muy cerca de la playa y en una zona bonita y con abundante vegetación.
* Dispone de plaza de aparcamiento, un valor añadido en una zona donde resulta muy difícil encontrar aparcamiento gratuito.
* Excelente nivel de limpieza, especialmente en el baño.
* Cocina con un equipamiento ...
* Plaza de aparcamiento muy pequeña, imposible para vehículos medianos/grandes.
* Al entrar se percibe un fuerte olor a cerrado y sensación de humedad.
* La cocina no dispone de campana extractora.
* El apartamento necesita una renovación importante: mobiliario antiguo.

Große Wohnung mit schöner großer Terrasse, bequeme Betten.
Sehr praktisch der Schlüsselkasten an der Tür.

+ Très bonne localisation : plage et restaurants à environ 5 min à pied.
+ Appartement naturellement climatisé grâce à l'ombre des arbres.
+ petit village calme
- litterie à améliorer : 2 petits lits étroits
- ustensiles limite : pas de grille pain et d'ouvre bouteille (j'ai laissé un tire bouchon que j'ai acheté sur place)
