Incredible views from the terrace with wonderful sunsets, where on some days, you can even see Mount Teide, located on the island of Tenerife.
Situated directly above "Las Canteras" Beach and at the same time in the city center, very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
It features Wifi, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace with furniture, ideal for enjoying meals and the views and the relaxing sound of the sea. "Las Canteras Beach" is a long stretch of sand, occupying about 3800 meters of coastline, extending along the bay.
Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and the world, as it enjoys good weather almost all year round.
It's the capital's spot for relaxation, where time seems to stop and where you can do sports any day of the week, bringing swimwear, goggles and snorkel, beach rackets, or a surfboard.
Furthermore, it is a great marine life reserve.
Its seabed is a refuge for a thousand types of fish.
On land, it's a haven for walkers, fishermen, and surfers.
And it has a special peculiarity.
This peculiarity is what locals call "La Barra," a long rock formation that extends not far from the sand and protects a large part of the beach from the tides, transforming into a natural saltwater pool at low tide.
A curious line of stone that turns the bay into the best place on this side of the globe for swimming, as the saltwater aids buoyancy and with swimming goggles, it gives the impression of being inside a large aquarium.
And while you're walking, we recommend the long promenade that winds continuously along the sand, past cafes and ice cream parlors.
At the start of the promenade, you'll find the terraces of La Puntilla and fresh fish restaurants.
At the other end of the beach, the surfer vibe around the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, with more terraces and cafes facing the sea.

Markis saknas vilket är ett stort minus, extra lakan så man kan byta om man stannar en längre tid, lite bättre städat vid ankomst, trasig kontakt i badrummet

het appartement is niet groot, maar voldoet prima aan onze eisen, en een fantastisch uitzicht, we verbleven 3 weken, sleutels werken perfect, schuifpui kon alleen opslot met een haakje, terwijl het balkon niet echt inbraakproof is, buren kunnen zo over het muurtje stappen, misschien een senseo/ nesp...

Studio in ideal position for beach and restaurants would recommend this property , only downside was only one sunbed terrace could accommodate two quite spacious but it wasn’t that much of an issue as we spent time on beach but if a couple want to sunbathe it would be ideal
