Bright and cosy flat overlooking the sea and the square of Mondello.


The flat is located in a two-storey building overlooking the square of Mondello and is characterised by modern furnishings. The kitchen is comfortable and functional, well equipped with oven, kettle and coffee maker. It is accessed via a few steps: to the right of the entrance is the living area, with sofa, table and TV. The two bedrooms overlook the living room: one with a double bed and access to the balcony overlooking the square, the other with two single beds overlooking the internal balcony. The balcony, which can be accessed from the double bedroom and from the living room, is furnished with two chairs, and enjoys a splendid view that will captivate you: from here you can admire the sea of Mondello, for a holiday of relaxation and aperitifs with a view.

To the left of the entrance you will find the bathroom with bath and shower, overlooking the internal balcony (small terrace) with a space used as laundry room.

The flat is located in a ZTL area, we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the city's four historic districts. Tourists can take part in the 'Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the city's main monuments, such as the Church of the Santissimo Salvatore, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to take part in the 'Tour of Palermo's Historic Markets' that will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo, where lunch or a snack, at the Palermo market, dishes must be 'strictly' tasted with just the help of the hands!
