Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Treppen zur Wohnung sind sehr eng und steil. Es gibt einen Aufzug, aber leider außer Betrieb... ansonsten Wohnung zu empfehlen.

Die Lampe über dem Waschbecken im Badezimmer funktioniert nicht. Ein Sonnenschirm war vorgesehen, fehlte aber. Der Sonnenschirmständer auf der großen Dachterrasse ist komplett durchgerostet. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine. An heißen Tagen ist es schwierig, das Erdgeschoss kühl zu halten. Eine Klimaanlage wird empfohlen.

verlichting boven lavabo badkamer werkt niet-er is sprake van een parasol maar was niet aanwezig,trouwens de parasol voet op het grote dakterras is volledig doorroest-er was geen koffiezetapparaat aanwezig-tijdens warme dagen is het moeilijk om het eerste verdiep koel te houden airco aan te bevelen
