Beds will be made up on arrival depending on the number of people registered; towels (2/person), tea towels (2/kitchen), bath mats and toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing-up tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper/wc, etc.) are included in the price, as well as cleaning at the end of your stay.

About Bredannaz ...


This village on the western shore of Lake Annecy deserves to be known as the "Pearl of the Lake".

Living between Duingt and Doussard, the hamlet of Bredannaz stretches from the lake to the mountains. The cycle path linking Annecy to Ugine passes through the village, making it easy to cycle between the villages along the lake.

There are plenty of things to do nearby: water sports in summer (Wake Board, water skiing, kayaking, hiking ....); outdoor activities nearby in winter (snowshoeing at Le Semnoz (20 mins), downhill skiing at Les Saisies (40 mins) or in the 3 Vallées resorts (approx. 1 hour)).Several shops are located in Duingt, just a few hundred metres from the cycle path: the "best baker on the lakeshore", a tobacconist's and newsagent's, a supermarket open 7/7 (SPAR), and a number of excellent restaurants.
