Our cozy vacation apartment for 2 – 4 people is approximately 50 m² and is a non-smoking apartment.
It features a bedroom with two beds, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed suitable for one adult or 2 children, a separate kitchen with a dining table for 4 people, a 4-burner stove with an oven, and a microwave, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the living room, a reading corner and cable TV also offer relaxation on rainy days.
Additionally, the apartment has Wi-Fi. We rent out our vacation apartment, located in a two-family house on an approximately 2,500 m² wooded property by the Lutterbach stream, almost exclusively when we are away.
The vacation apartment has a separate entrance.
You can enjoy the surrounding nature on the terrace and our meadow in the woods.
Two bicycles are available for cycling tours in the area.
Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Dogs are welcome here and enjoy a free holiday.

The Niemann vacation apartment is located directly on the Lutterbach stream in Lutterloh, within the Südheide Nature Park, between Hermannsburg and Unterlüß. The ground-floor apartment for 2 – 4 people is situated in a two-family house and is approximately 50 m² in size.
It includes a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Lutterloh is nestled in a wooded area with several heathlands, right in the Südheide Nature Park.
The train station in Unterlüß, about 6 km away, connects to the main railway line between Hanover and Hamburg.
From here, the heath towns of Celle and Lüneburg are easily accessible. The peaceful surroundings are ideal for a nature holiday: hikers will find themselves on the popular Heidschnuckenweg, one of Germany's favorite hiking trails, after just under a kilometer.
Directly on our property, the regional hiking trails "Gauß'schen Vermessungspunkte im Bergland der Südheide" (Gauß's Survey Points in the Uplands of Südheide) and "In einem Bächlein helle" (In a Little Stream, Bright) pass by as well-signposted themed trails from the Südheide hiking paradise, inviting you for short walks or extended hikes.
Cyclists will also find plenty to enjoy here – themed tours such as the "Große Heidetour" (Grand Heath Tour) and "Das weiße Gold der Heide entdecken" (Discover the White Gold of the Heath) lead through this area and are included in the brochure featuring 10 different themed tours in the Südheide Nature Park. Free bicycles are available: We kindly ask for careful handling of the bicycles, and we cannot assume liability for any defects. The price includes electricity, water, heating, cable TV, towels, bed and table linen, and 2 rental bicycles (we do not guarantee the condition of the rental bicycles). Dogs are very welcome.
A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in the vacation apartment.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden - mit der Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, mit der Schlüsselübergabe und dem Zustand der Wohnung, in der alles vorhanden war. Besonders angenehm war, dass die Wohnung bei dem plötzlichen Kälteeinbruch vorgewärmt war.

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen guten Grundriss mit einem praxisgerechtem Eingangsbereich. WLAN, TV, Bücher zum Stöbern, Gesellschaftsspiele und...zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders angenehm: Der Blick aus den Fenstern in die grüne Natur und den Bachlauf.
Die Schlepperei mitgebrachter persönlicher Dinge vom Parkplatz oben an der Strasse runter zur Wohnung, hin und retour. Eine Auffagrt ist zwar vorhanden, jedoch verhintert ein hoch aufragender Gullykopf das Befahren mit einem PKW.

Schöne ruhige Lage, genau so wie ich es wollte und brauchte. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Kommunikation zwecks Schlüssel und allem einfach und unkompliziert.
Wie Wohnung war leicht zu finden. Zum einkaufen braucht es mit dem Auto nicht lange.
