This finca "Casa Coco", completely restored and renovated in 2017 and furnished in a country house style, is located between Ses Salines and Es Llombards and has a living area of approx. 250 m2.

All 3 tastefully furnished double bedrooms have air conditioning. The 2 bathrooms are modern and spacious and have floor-to-ceiling showers. The partly open-plan dining area is very tastefully and lovingly furnished in country house style and adjoins a reading room or study. The dining room leads out onto the side terrace. The separate, high-quality kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas hob, and from here you can access the cosy pool terrace with a large dining table. The kitchen also leads to the spacious living room with a cosy sofa area. The utility room with washing machine is located separately.

Just off the terrace is the 8 x 3 metre pool in a well-tended garden with native plants. To the side of the finca is a separate BBQ casita (gas barbecue) with dining table and kitchenette as well as a cosy lounge and relaxation area. There are plenty of bamboo sun loungers around the pool for your well-deserved relaxation. The modern and lovely country house design paired with light-coloured furniture creates a feel-good ambience. The fully fenced Finca Rustica is quietly located between Ses Salines and Es Llombards. Restaurants, cafes, shops, banks and doctors are just 2 kilometres from the finca in the nearby village of Ses Salines. There you can go for a wonderful stroll and usually find what you are looking for with great Mallorcan specialities. The Es Trenc beach, not without good reason also known as the "Caribbean of Mallorca", is only around 13 kilometres away. In the nearby town of Colonia Sant Jordi, there is a very popular night market every Wednesday in summer. Many restaurants offer delicious food, bars offer live music and much more, and you can take long walks and find unspoilt beaches. Other nearby beaches include Cala Santanyi (7 km), Cala Lombards (6 km) and Cala S'Almonia (5 km). In the direction of Santanyi you will find beach bars offering snacks, coffee and ensaimadas. The surrounding towns are also worth a visit: Santanyi with 2 weekly markets, Palma with its cathedral and the idyllic old town as well as the small boutiques.
