Gîte Rosalie is a beautifully restored country house offering 58 m² of elegant comfort for 2 adults and 2 children.
Combining traditional Provençal charm with modern touches, this holiday rental is ideal for a peaceful family break in the south of France.
The house comprises a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom, a children’s bedroom with bunk beds, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Direct access to the garden and covered terrace allows you to dine al fresco and enjoy the sunshine in peace.
The swimming pool, open from 1 May to 1 November, is shared between the two gîtes. Ideally situated in a quiet spot on a quiet country lane, just 1 km from the town centre, restaurants and shops, the villa is a very convenient base for visiting the typical little villages of the Drôme Provençale and exploring the Baronnies Provençales mountains. Leisure and outdoor facilities, a boules court and a pitch for ball games.
A few bicycles are available for exploring the picturesque region.
A cot and high chair are available free of charge on request.

Prachtig landhuis in een rustige omgeving. Wij hebben veel geluk gehad met het weer, genoten van het mooie zwembad, de jeu de boulesbaan en de mooie tuinen van de villa. En op een steenworp afstand van het dorp en haar winkels. Het was een fijn verblijf en contact met de eigenaar verliep goed.

Een bijzonder verblijf in een prachtig rustig gelegen villa. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig zoals een veranda en zwembad. Zeer welkom ontvangst bij de gastheer! Gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen die ter beschikking stonden. Op loopafstand van het centrum van Valreas. En centraal gelegen voor dagtrips naar Nyons, Nimes, Grignan, Vaison la Romain, en Orange.

Ein sehr weitläufiger Garten mit grossem Pool und Volleyballfeld. Schön ist auch ein überdachter Freisitz.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Besichtigungen.
Kurz, eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung für einen Urlaub in der Provence.
