Located on Viale Mare Adriatico, Eco del Mare is a 9-storey seafront condominium with two elevators, designed to offer convenience and comfort for families, couples, and groups of friends.
One of its main highlights is the private beach reserved for guests: each apartment has its own umbrella, ensuring space and peace throughout the stay.
The condominium’s sandy beach is set up every year from May 15 to September 15, when guests can enjoy the sea in total relaxation. Here, days pass between sun, sand, and fun, in a welcoming and safe environment, perfect for families with children and for anyone looking for a carefree holiday.
The strategic location in Lido di Pomposa also means that services, restaurants, and Riviera attractions are all within easy reach. Eco del Mare is the perfect choice to fully experience the Adriatic Sea, with all the comforts and the privilege of a private beach just a few steps from home. Apartment on the 6th floor of a building with two elevators and private beach, composed by entrance to living room with kitchen area and sofa bed for two people, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower box, a balcony with magnific seaview.
Communal parking (not enough for everyone). The house is equipped with TV, washing machine and air conditioning.
The accommodation includes an umbrella and two sunbeds in the beach below the building. Located in the center of Lido Pomposa, served by numerous shops and right on the sea with direct access to the private beach from common area, is ideal for families with children and for those who want to spend the holidays without using transportation.
The convenient location allows you to get to relax on the beach and enjoy enchanting sunrises. BEDS The apartment has a maximum of 4 beds for adults and 2 children on the sofa bed. SERVICES ON REQUEST to be booked in advance or added to the cart in case of online booking: Bed linen: € 10.00 per person per supply. Bath linen: € 10.00 per person per supply. ANIMAL HOSPITALITY Only one pet per accommodation is allowed on request, at a cost of € 5.00 per night.
In the event of failure to notify or the introduction of more animals, the Agency may cancel the entire stay at any time without any refund of money. BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING Final cleaning by the guest is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure.
The accommodation must be tidy and clean (including the removal of any rest of food, cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposal of waste, etc.). If it is not done correctly, a cost of € 90.00 will be charged. The final cleaning service can be requested by the guest at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of € 90.00. TOURIST TAX € 0.50 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment. INSURE YOUR HOLIDAY
