The apartments and Villa "Pic Nic" are arranged on the ground floor or on the first floor with attic, equipped with satellite TV, washing machine and air conditioning. Each apartment has an independent entrance on a balcony or veranda with barbecue. They are located in Lido di Pomposa, about 100 meters from the sea and from the center served by the local shops. The apartments are well kept and suitable for families or groups of friends who want to spend a relaxing and comfortable stay on the beach, without giving up evenings with music venues nearby.

Little garden on the ground floor. The accommodation has no parking. It has satellite TV, washing machine, air conditioning in the attic.
Located about 100 meters from the sea and from the Centre of Lido Pomposa.

BEDS
The apartment has a maximum of 4 beds for adults and 2 children on the sofa bed.

SERVICES ON REQUEST

ANIMAL HOSPITALITY
Only one pet per accommodation is allowed on request, at a cost of € 5.00 per night. In the event of failure to notify or the introduction of more animals, the Agency may cancel the entire stay at any time without any refund of money.

BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING
Final cleaning by the guest is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. The accommodation must be tidy and clean (including the removal of any rest of food, cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposal of waste, etc.).
If it is not done correctly, a cost of € 60.00 will be charged.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the guest at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of € 60.00.

TOURIST TAX
€ 0.30 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.
