The condominium "Villa Pineta" is a building of 4 floors with private elevator, not usable by all. On the ground floor there is a green area with benches for common grounds. Does not have a car park. Located on the waterfront where the shops are open daily and very close to the beach of Lido di Pomposa.
In the evenings from 20.00 to 24.00 hours the road is closed to car traffic to allow the walk to tourists, and the Sunday market is served.

Large apartment on the first floor of a building without elevator, an entrance hall, a spacious living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and balcony, a separate kitchen, a large double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle. Does not have a parking space. The accommodation is equipped with satellite TV, washing machine and air conditioning in the living room, A beach umbrella and two sunbeds at the affiliated bathing establishment.
Is located in the Centre of Lido, on the Boulevard of promenade and within walking distance of the beach. The convenient location allows for beach and shops at your doorstep.

The apartment has a maximum of 4 beds for adults and 2 children on the sofa bed.

ANIMAL HOSPITALITY
Only one pet per accommodation is allowed on request, at a cost of € 5.00 per night. In the event of failure to notify or the introduction of more animals, the Agency may cancel the entire stay at any time without any refund of money.

BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING
Final cleaning by the guest is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. The accommodation must be tidy and clean (including the removal of any rest of food, cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposal of waste, etc.).
If it is not done correctly, a cost of € 90.00 will be charged.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the guest at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of € 90.00.

TOURIST TAX
€ 0.50 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.
