Check-in
- The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.


- All guests must present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

- Option of key collection at the accommodation. It must be requested 48h00 before the day of check-in. Cost for direct entry: 20 euros

- Late arrival and departure option from 19:00 to 21:00 : Price 50€ per booking (payment on arrival)


- Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00 : Price 100€ per booking (payment on arrival)


- Out of hours check-in option with safe deposit box in the office free of charge.



- No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the booking will be made.



- Payment of the tourist tax is obligatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



Cleaning
. The house must be properly cleaned, the dishes cleaned and the rubbish deposited in the bins on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of 100€ will be charged from the security deposit.




IMPORTANT
In properties that accept pets, pet owners must take care to pick up after them and clean up urine. Otherwise an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.





Beach towels are not provided.




Keys
- Loss of keys to the property: Price 100 euros per booking to be paid on delivery of the new set of keys.


- Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the front door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician and will be paid on site to the technician.




Rules
- Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and especially not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.



- No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.



- Unfortunately pets are not allowed in this accommodation.



- No smoking in this accommodation.



- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) cannot be held responsible for theft or burglary of the property or any loss during your stay.
