House has a very large 24x18 ft kitchen diner, large dining room table seating 14.
Hen and well behaved stag parties are welcome with the below terms and conditions. The client agrees to be a considerate tenant, take good care of the property and to leave it clean and tidy on departure. The client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to the neighbouring properties. Deductions will occur from the damage deposit if the owner feels this rule is not followed.

Car Parking is in a long stay car park which is around £17.10 for up to 24hrs and is located on Charlotte Street. We are a non-smoking establishment. If we suspect any smoking has taken place inside the property we will charge a £100 cleaning bill. Animals are welcome at most of our properties as long as this has been pre-arranged with the owner. MINIMUM OF 2 NIGHTS
