Sehr schöne Lage mit einem tollen Grundstück. Sehr gut geeignet mit kleinen Kindern. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist prima. Man sieht, dass immer wieder in die Werterhaltung investiert wird. Das einzige Teil, was zeitnah ausgetauscht werden könnte, wäre die Bratpfanne 😊.

Könnte etwas Sauberer sein . Viele Spinnweben und Sand in den Sofa Ritzen. Unterm Sofa auch relativ schmutzig.In der Sauna stand das Zubehör für den Aufguss mit Wasser welches dann schon lange abgestanden ist und einen Biofilm ausgebildet hat.
