This cosy luxury chalet is the result of the renovation of an old farmhouse with typical Savoyard architecture undertaken in 2018.
A renovation that left behind the discovery of over 2,000 letters, the story of 4 brothers from La Clusaz, all of whom went to the front during the "Great War".
Its ideal location, off-centre yet relatively close to the village shops, offers an unrivalled view of the Aravis mountain range and the Balme massif. The south-facing aspect of this unusual property is a natural invitation to contemplate the surrounding countryside.
Located halfway between the village of La Clusaz and the Confins valley (3km from the slopes and the village), this chalet is a subtle blend of tradition and modernism, and is a haven of peace, ideal for relaxing with family or friends.
The chalet comprises two separate flats that can be rented together or independently.
- Upper flat (sleeps 14) - 230m2
This flat is located in the upper part of the chalet on two levels (Duplex). It has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people.
The first level comprises a spacious living room with an authentic fireplace dressed in local stone, a fully equipped kitchen with a bar area opening onto the dining room, and 3 double bedrooms.
The upper mezzanine floor includes another lounge area, which is adjoined by 2 triple bedrooms and a final double bedroom.
This flat has a 15m2 balcony and a 17m2 loggia terrace which borders the first level.
