The flat has a terrace next to the living room with views of the sea and the natural park of Los Alcornocales, 2 bedrooms with views of the countryside and the rock of Tarifa, bathroom with large shower and equipped kitchen.


On the upper floor there is a small room with access to the terrace/solarium of 20m2, conditioned to enjoy the views of the sea and the natural park at almost 360º.


You have at your disposal everything to make your stay pleasant: 40" flat screen TV with USB player and HDMI connection, internet (wifi), hairdryer, hoover, bed linen and towels, blankets... r The open plan kitchen has ceramic hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

It has an underground parking space in the building, air conditioning and heat pump for heating during the winter and Wifi.


The urbanization is surrounded by gardens and trees and you will be able to enjoy the communal swimming pool during its opening period (15th June to 15th September).
