In an authentic village in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, this village centre house is ready to welcome you for a pleasant stay in the countryside. Beautifully and recently refurbished, it has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. A good spread for a holiday for 4 adults or a family! The bathroom, decorated in a contemporary style, has a walk-in shower. The living room includes a sitting area and a dining area. The very functional and well-equipped kitchen is separated by an industrial-style glass roof. Tastefully decorated, the apartment features refreshing colours and parquet flooring. Air conditioning is available for your comfort. A small terrace with garden furniture lets you enjoy the outdoors.


Lovers of nature and countryside walks will be delighted by a stay in Arçais, close to the canals of the Marais Poitevin. Hiking and cycling routes are within easy reach of the holiday home. And of course, you can take advantage of the boats and canoes to discover the Venise verte, its flora and fauna. Restaurants and shops are just a stone's throw away for a well-deserved break after your outdoor activities. The market is also a popular place to sample the local produce. A few kilometres away, you can explore the small towns of character or Niort (24 km). If you want to add a little ocean blue to your green holiday, La Rochelle is 49 km away.


In this house, you will be welcomed by the owners. They provide tea towels and bath mats. Bed linen and towels are provided on request at the following prices
- one set for a double bed: €15 for the stay,

- one set for a single bed: €8 for the stay,

- pack of one small and one large towel: €9 for the stay.

On your arrival, you will be asked for a damage deposit (€800), as well as a cleaning deposit (€60). The cleaning is done by the tenants.


The rental is equipped with a wi-fi connection.


Pets are not accepted in this rental.


The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your stay.
