This cosy luxury chalet is the result of the renovation of an old farmhouse with typical Savoyard architecture undertaken in 2018. The renovation left behind the discovery of over 2,000 letters from 4 brothers from La Clusaz, all of whom went to the front during the Great War. Its ideal location, off the beaten track yet relatively close to the village shops, offers an unrivalled view of the Aravis mountain range and the Balme massif. The south-facing aspect of this unusual property is a natural invitation to contemplate the surrounding countryside.


Located halfway between the village of La Clusaz and the Confins valley (3km from the slopes and the village), this chalet is a subtle blend of tradition and modernism, and is a haven of peace, ideal for relaxing with family or friends.


The chalet comprises two separate flats that can be rented together or independently.
