La Grande Maison du Port // LLA Selections by Location lac Annecy
Located in St Jorioz just a few steps from the beach and Lake Annecy, these two contemporary houses are adjoined by the garden.
They offer a unique capacity of 8 bedrooms and 16 beds as well as 4 fully equipped bathrooms.
Located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac with a number of houses built last year.
These spacious, light-filled homes are decorated to a high standard, with a cosy gas fireplace in every living room! A fireplace in every living room!
Spread over 2 levels, each of the houses has a surface area of 115m2 and can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms. There is space for everyone.
2 bathrooms are available for guests, one with a bath and the other with a shower. The other has a shower.
The 800m2 landscaped garden is enclosed and surrounds each of the houses.
It is possible to eat all together on the outside tables, and two planchas are available for guests, but inside it will not be possible to fit 16 people on the same dining table. The spacious lounges make it easy to organise buffets.
The houses are located 200m from Lake Annecy and 400m from the village centre and shops. The cycle path around the lake is also just a few metres away.

About Saint-Jorioz....
The village of Saint-Jorioz enjoys a privileged location on the shores of Lake Annecy: crossed by the cycle path, it stretches up to the foothills of the Bauges massif.
This popular location is certainly one of the reasons why it is the most densely populated village on the shores of the lake, with plenty of sunshine and all the shops and services you need: supermarkets, banks, restaurants, chemists, bakeries, delicatessens, not forgetting a large number of medical and paramedical professions.
There are plenty of activities on offer in both winter and summer: sailing, tennis, rollerblading, badminton, beach tennis, hiking, cycle touring, etc., as well as a sports centre with state-of-the-art balneotherapy facilities...
In winter, the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand are just 40 minutes away. The family resort of Le Semnoz is just 20 minutes away.

This trail starts from the Berger Nordic area, passes behind the Chatillon restaurant and runs the length of the "Bûcherons" green alpine trail. It leads up to the Alpages de Vial, located on the plateau at the top of the resort.
Circuit des 3 Lacs (6 km) This trail is located in the Plateau Nordic sector, at the top of the resort. It is accessible from the Courant d'Ere restaurant.
